Dear Friends,
HAPPY 2021 !!
May this New Year bring New Energy to put an end to the problems of 2020. Bring you Peace, Happiness, and Good Health.
Let's make a resolve to continue to take all precautions to Prevent the Spread of the Virus and reach out to keep in touch with our neighbours, and our Seniors' Community on a regular basis. Let no one suffer from loneliness, depression, and Social Isolation.
Weekly Zoom Meetings (Thursdays and Fridays) will continue to keep us connected. Yaga and Light exercise classes started in 2020, on various online platforms, will continue till further notice.
Please NOTE:
• ICCC Seniors is exploring the possibility of providing a Meals on Wheels type of service (at cost) for those who find it difficult to cook for themselves. Indian meals prepared by one or more licensed facilities will be delivered by volunteers. Recently, a survey email has been sent. Please respond to it, also forward it to anyone who you think may benefit from it.
• Here is a link for the Mental Health Awareness and COVID-19, a webinar that was organized by the Overseas Friends of India early this month. It is quite informative.
