Dear friends,

Greetings!

The cold, frigid weather continues, and many of our members are spending the winter in warmer climates. While we miss their participation in our weekly get-togethers, we wish them good health and good times and look forward to their return. In spite of the cold, almost 40 members attended last Friday, and we celebrated 3 January birthdays.

Happy Birthday to Anil, Sneh and Veena!

Special Thanks go to Kiran Horra, who, on noticing how icy the path was from the parking lot to the building, spread his own stock of de-icing salt from his car to make it safer for everyone.

PROGRAM FOR FRIDAY 1ST FEBRUARY

11:00 — 12:00………Yoga
12:30 — 13:30…… Potluck Lunch
13:30 – 14:45………Socialising, singing, Jokes and Information Sharing
14:15 — 14:45………..Tea
14:45 — 15:00………Pack up and clean up with everyone’s help
12:00 — 15:00………Bridge [Bala Ji will teach Bridge from 13:00 till 14:30….PLEASE BE ON TIME. ]

Stay engaged in some physical and social activities, for the quality of life, self-satisfaction and Happiness. If you wish to participate in the making of Potluck Lunch please call me at 613-869 0349, so we can all enjoy another Healthy and Nutritious meal together.
