Handout for Label Reading Workshop

Hello Friends,

I do hope that all of you are well and keeping good health.

As informed in the last zoom meeting and also mentioned by Sudesh in her weekly letter, this Friday, 8th May, Vidhi Aggarwal, a renowned dietitian and diabetic educator will be doing a workshop on Label Reading at 10:30 am for about half an hour.

In order to understand her better she has sent me a hand out for all the participants. If you like, you may print it and keep it handy or you can open on your device during the workshop.
