Fellow Seniors, Greetings!
Announcements
1. Joining the Meeting:
If you have not downloaded Zoom Meeting, then please do so well in advance of the meeting. Five minutes prior to the start of the meeting, open Zoom and join by providing meeting ID and the password. The meeting starts at 2 PM.
2. ICCC is looking for volunteers to sew cloth masks, as personal protection against coronavirus, for distribution to where the need is. If you would like to contribute to this effort by either donating your labour (sewing) or providing the material, please enter that information on the ICCC website (icccottawa.org) or let me know (call or email).
As per an email from Mr. Anil Sukhija, please let him know if you would like to receive a mask.

Last Meeting: April 23, 2020
About 15 people joined for this meeting. At this meeting we celebrated the Festival of Vaisakhi (which was on April 13) with songs, poetry recital, jokes, and stories. There also was a discussion about issues arising from COVID-19.
This Meeting: April 30, 2020
We will be welcoming the warm weather with usual songs and poetry. Invariably there will be some questions and discussion about the judgments being made by various governments on opening up the economy.
Please let me know well in advance, if you would like to make a presentation on some topic of common interest.

2. Hindu Temple of Ottawa Carleton is now broadcasting some of its ceremonies. To access them you would need to download 'GoToMeeting' App.

4. Pranayam by Girija, join on 'gotomeeting', Wednesdays 8 -9:30 AM, and Sundays 10 - 11:30 AM, (no password is required).
