Holi...Festival of Colours, is an ancient Indian Festival, that heralds the arrival of spring. It also signifies the victory of good over evil, and is celebrated as a day of spreading Happiness and Love.

Corona Virus (Covid-19) is the buzz word world wide these days. It's a new virus that has not been identified in humans before. Common signs of infection include Respiratory Symptoms, Fever, Cough, Shortness of Breath and Breathing Difficulty.

Weekly Program - Friday 13th March 2020
11:00 - 12:00......Yoga by Girija Waghray
12:00 - 13:00......Potluck Lunch by Team 1
13:00 - 14:45......Socializing, Songs, Jokes and Information Sharing,
14:00 - 14:45......Tea
14:45 - 15:00......Clear up and tidy up [with everyone's help]
13:00 - 14:30......Bridge
Please Note:
1) Bala Ji will teach Bridge from 13:00 till 14:30….PLEASE BE ON TIME.
2) Before we leave at 15:00 hours, we have to make sure we leave the rooms clean and tidy...at least, as tidy as we would like to find them. Participants in each room are responsible for any mess in the room that they are in, and before leaving, they should ensure that the room is clean and tidy.
3) SNOW...Social Network Of Women is Celebrating International Women's Day on 4th April. Tickets on sale at $35/Person. Tickets are still available.
Need Items for Auction {minimum Value $50}....all proceeds go to Interval House and Ottawa Mission. ICCC SNOW is accepting donations for the Auction (Minimum Value $50) and cash (Cheque payable to iccc.snow )
4) Reminder: A request to all members, especially if you are living alone. Please form a Buddy System to pair up with another person to keep in touch with daily by phone or Text Message and occasional visit. This is to monitor and help each other when needed.
There have been recent incidents when a person has suffered alone, and helplessly for days.
