Dear Friends,
Greetings! Today, let's focus on staying Healthy and Active in these winter months. Many of us make resolutions at the start of the New Year to set our life back on track. BUT, "What is not started today, is never finished tomorrow."

Program for Friday 10th January 2020
11:00 - 12:00 ...……Yoga by Savita Bansal
12:00 - 13:00 ..…… Potluck Lunch
13:00 - 14:00………..Information Sharing, Singing, Poetry, Jokes
14:00 - 14:45 ......Tea and Socializing, getting to know each other
14:45 - 15:00........Pack-up and Tidy-up, with everyone's help
12:00 - 15:00 ……...Bridge
Please Note
1] Bala Ji will teach Bridge from 13:00 till 14:30….PLEASE BE ON TIME.
2] Before we leave at 15:00 hrs, we have to make sure we leave the rooms clean and tidy...at least, as tidy as we find them. Participants in each room are responsible for any mess in the room that they are in, and should ensure that the room is clean and tidy before leaving.
3] Holi+Family Day Celebration on 29th February 2020 {5:30-9:30pm}
Tickets $25/Person are still available.
4] Presentation on Pranic Healing on 17th January, By Sanjay and Tara Joy
