Greetings! Last Friday, as usual we had a very good time, good food, entertainment, jokes etc.
Coming Friday there will be screening for Diabetes for those who have already given their names to Mr. Sukhija.

Program for this Friday, November 15, 2019
11:00 - 11:30………Yoga
11:30 - 12:00......Screening for Diabetes
12:00 - 13:00……..Potluck Lunch
13:00 - 14:45……..Socializing, Songs and Poetry, Information Sharing
14:45 - 15:00……..Clear-up and Clean-up, with everyone's help
12:00 - 15:00……..Bridge as usual, and participants to clear-up and clean-up before leaving

I understand that the menu is complete. If anyone is planning to bring any food item or dessert, please contact Mrs. Uma Kaura at 613-825-2597.

Just to remind you that some members have offered to help manage the kitchen during Sudesh Kanda's absence.

Uma ji is looking after the kitchen on Nov 15th.
