This annual funding initiative will award micro-grants of $250, $500, or $1000 to dozens of young Canadians to fund projects that promote diversity and inclusion in their communities. Canadian citizens or permanent residents aged 18 to 24 will be able to submit their applications online until April 20, 2018.
Diversity is Canada’s strength. Our young people are our future, and their leadership will help ensure that our communities remain strong, diverse and vibrant for years to come. This annual initiative will provide dozens of young Canadians from across the country to fund innovative projects that promote diversity and inclusion in their communities. This initiative will empower youth to take a leadership role in addressing issues of racism and discrimination, and make a tangible, positive impact on their community.
