With a heavy heart, I regret to inform you that Mr. Raj Chadha, who was a member of the ICCC Orleans group till he and Chanchal moved to Burlington, Ontario, a few years ago, has passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2019, at 1 PM in Burlington. Memorial services are planned for Friday, June 21, from 2-4 PM at Dodsworth Funeral Home at 2241 New Street, Burlington.

Please let me know by Thursday 5 PM if you plan to attend the memorial service, so that I can convey this information to the Chadha family, as per their wishes. The family has also indicated that at this moment they are not ready to receive telephone calls.

Rajinder Chadha

November 15, 1937 - June 16, 2019

Rajinder Kumar Chadha passed away peacefully surrounded by his wife, children, and grandchildren in his 82nd year on June 16, 2019. Beloved husband of Chanchal (nee Malhotra) whom he married 55 years ago in India. Much loved Dad of Suzan Neeb (Alan) and Monica Chadha (Rob Chambers). Cherished Nanaji of Sarah, Shaun, Simran, Meera, and Priya.

Rajinder worked as a Chemist for Health and Welfare Canada for 35 years in Ottawa. Upon retirement, he moved to Burlington. He is remembered fondly for his dedication to playing tabla and caring for his family. His love and compassion for his family and friends were deeply rooted in his intelligence, spirit, and wit.

NOTE: Cremation will be private.

A 'Celebration of Life' will be held on Friday, June 21st from 2 pm to 4 pm.
