Inderpreet Singh, Order of Ottawa Award 2018

Mr. Inderpreet Singh is a leader in the South Asian community in Ottawa, and the Director of the Ottawa Indian Film Festival Awards. The festival is devoted to cultivating an audience for Indian cinema and culture and promotes the diverse perspectives of the Indian diaspora. The festival awards act as a platform for networking and promoting local talent, filmmakers, distributors and producers. Mr. Singh published a fan magazine called Bollywood Plus which was devoted to India’s movie stars and film industry that was available at Chapters and Indigo locations across Canada.
