2020-12-18 Tanglewood Park Seniors Group Virtual Meeting

Dear Friends,

Greetings !

Last Friday approximately 50 members attended the Zoom Meeting. Big 'Thank You', to all, for making these meetings all the more meaningful, by sharing your Special Day with the rest of the group.

A Very Big Thank You, also, to Dr. Virendra Bharti, for his very informative sessions on Yoga for Life Mantra. Dr. Bharti has been very generous with his time and Sharing of his Knowledge, and very patient in addressing questions regarding our health issues.
Starting this Friday the theme of his talk will be the 'Digestive System'.

ICCC requests that we all reach out and keep in touch with our neighbours, and seniors on a regular basis. Let no one suffer in isolation, from loneliness, from depression, etc. Let us help each other pull through these challenging times.

Well folks, the COVID-19 Vaccine has started arriving in Canada. First batch has arrived, more is on the way. Not sure when you get your dose, but, everyone is advised to continue with the precautions even after being vaccinated.
