2020-10-09 Tanglewood Park Seniors Group Virtual Meeting

Dear Friends,

Greetings!

Approximately 45-50 people attended the Tanglewood Seniors Zoom meeting last Friday. Dr. Virendra Bharti is back this Friday to continue sessions on "Yoga For Life mantra", as usual.
These yoga sessions are recorded and posted on the website http://icccottawa.org. for future reference, and incase you missed the live session.

Mark Your Calendar:
ICCC will Celebrate Diwali (Virtually) On ZOOM:
WHEN: 12th of November (Thursday), 2020 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm

For the celebration, please decorate the background that will be visible on your video background.
A committee of judges will award a prize to the best 3. The executives of ICCC and ICCC seniors will not be a part of this competition, but it is requested that everyone decorate their backgrounds. Let's make it really festive !
