Dear fellow seniors, Greetings!

Last Friday, we had lots of entertainment. We have so many excellent singers in our group. It is overwhelming listening to such beautiful voices singing beautiful songs. Thanks to everyone for bringing so much joy to the group.

Members’ Information:
Please note that we need everyone’s full name, email address, phone number, and postal address as well as the phone number of an emergency contact person whom we may reach in case of an emergency related to you.

Mother’s Day:
We will be celebrating Mother’s Day on May 10th, the food will be catered. We have more that 80 people who have registered their names for lunch. It will cost $5.00.

11:00 – 12:00 ………Yoga by Girija Waghray
12:00 – 13:00 ..…… Catered Lunch
13:00 – 14:45……… Information Sharing, Singing, Poetry, jokes
14:00 – ……………… Tea
14:45 – 15:00……….. Pack-up and Tidy-up (with everyone’s help)
12:00 – 15:00 …….. Bridge

Bala Ji will teach Bridge from 13:00 till 14:30….PLEASE BE ON TIME. Stay engaged in some physical and social activities to keep enjoying ‘Quality of Life’ and ‘Healthy Aging.
