Greetings!

Last Friday, we had a very informative session on Osteoporosis. To recap, click here to download the transcript of Preet’s talk on osteoporosis.

It is on very, very short notice, but if you are interested, on Thursday, March 14th, there is a Free Seniors Trip to the Museum (Canadian Museum of Nature.) Pick-up in Tanglewood at 4 pm and Merivale Mall at 4:15 pm.

For the Museum trip, please register with Zeba at ztaj@nrocrc.org. Zeba still has some seats available.

11:00 – 12:00 ………Yoga by Girija Waghray
12:15 – 13:00 ..…… Potluck Lunch
13:00 – 14:45 …..… Tea, socializing, Sharing Information, Jokes, Poetry, Singing
14:45 – 15:00 ………. Pack up and Tidy up with everyone’s help
12:00 – 15:00 ………Bridge – Bala Ji will teach Bridge from 13:00 till 14:30….PLEASE BE ON TIME.

The menu for our Potluck Lunch this Friday is complete. Big “Thank You” to all who are contributing this week, and those who have contributed ever since we started meeting at 1 pm. Stay engaged in some physical and social activities to keep enjoying ‘Quality of Life and Healthy Aging.’ Looking forward to seeing you all.
