Greetings!

Spring is almost here. Our Snow-Birding Seniors will soon be heading back home. While the rest of us braved the severest of the Ottawa winter, and kept our spirits high and meetings lively. We look forward to the “Snow-Birds” return, and their participation in our Friday meetings.

Last Friday, several new members joined our Tanglewood ICCC Seniors Family…a very warm welcome to all.

Next Friday is 8th of March. It is International Women’s Day. We will honour the women who have inspired us in the past and the women who continue to inspire us today.

Please Note:
Tickets for Holi Celebration on 16th March, at the Palki Restaurant on 1060 Ogilvie Road, are selling out fast. Your booking is confirmed if you have paid and have received you tickets. If you have not purchased your ticket yet, please do so as soon as possible. It’s going to be a filled evening!

13:00 – 14:00……… Presentation on Osteoporosis by Preet Sidhu
[There will be time for Questions and Answers after the presentation]
14:00 – 14:45 …..…. Tea, socializing, honouring the women in our life
14:45 – 15:00 ………. Pack up and tidy up with everyone’s help
12:00 – 15:00 ……… Bridge


Bala Ji will teach Bridge from 13:00 till 14:30….PLEASE BE ON TIME.
The menu for our Potluck Lunch this Friday is complete. Big ‘Thank You’ to all who are contributing this week, and those who have contributed ever since we started meeting at 1pm
