Greetings!

We hope everyone is in good health, and happy with the relaxation of some of the COVID-19 related restrictions.

Last Friday, on Zoom Virtual Meeting, approximately 60 people attended. After a Great Yoga (Pranayam) session by Girija Ji, we had an Excellent Presentation on FATS "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly" by Vidhi Aggarwal followed by Q/As. Thanks Again Vidhi! It was well presented, and in a language we could all understand.

We hope everyone is in good health.

10:00 - 10:30.... Pranayam By Mr. Virendra Bharti
10:30 - 12:00.... Information Sharing, Songs, Poetry and Jokes.
(Those who wish to perform, please come prepared with your item.)

3. Sewing of Face-Masks
Kudos to our Members for stitching, and distribution, of Cloth Face Masks for ICCC Members and Frontline Workers. It is very much appreciated by ICCC and by the Recipients.
