Greetings!
Last Friday's ZOOM meeting was attended by almost 70 members. A big Thank you to Vidhi Aggarwal for an excellent presentation on Food-Label Reading and Understanding.

The program for this Friday's Zoom Meeting:

10:00 - 10:30.... Pranayam by Girija Waghray
10:30 - 12:00.....Information Sharing, Songs, Poetry and Jokes.
(Those who wish to perform, please come prepared with your item.)

Mr. Anil Sukhija will continue to Host and Coordinate the meetings.

ICCC members have been hard at work during COVID-19 mandatory social distancing. Face masks Sewing for Seniors continues. Hindu meals have been made and delivered to very appreciative Frontline Staff of various units of The Ottawa Hospital.

Kudos to Facemask Sewing and Distributing Team:
Nilambri Ghai, Deep Brar, Sneh Bhalla, Sudha Sukhija, Srishta Khosla, Chand Bhatia, Saroj Mehta.
