I am pleased to inform you that we have arranged a very useful talk on 'Healthy Diet for Seniors" by renowned dietitian Vidhi Aggarwal. This talk will have a special emphasis on Diabetic Diet.

This all important talk will be given on Friday 21st February, 2020 at Tanglewood community Centre from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.
