Announcements:

1. Holi/Family Day celebration is planned for Feb. 29, 2020 at Rinag Restaurant.
I have these tickets, at $25 each.

2. Ramachandran Nair will be making a presentation on Feb. 13 on "Epidemiology and Vaccination in the Era of Social Media"


Last Meeting - Jan. 23, 2020: Twenty two members joined for the potluck lunch. Jagjit emphasized the importance of participating in the questionnaire on Medical Assistance in Dying, where the Government of Canada is seeking public input with a view to make revisions to its provisions. Jagjit played a CBC Radio interview discussing the complex issues that arise in this context.

Meeting - Jan. 30, 2020:

At this meeting, we will be celebrating birthdays of our members born in January. Also, there will be a presentation by Mahmood Iqbal on "CO2 Emission Reduction - Focus on Canadian Effort"
