Dear Friends,

Happy Thanksgiving!

Fall is in its full colourful splendour, and there's bountiful harvest from Mother Earth. We give thanks. If we don't take anything in life for granted, we find there is so much to be Thankful for, regardless of our life situation.

"Gratitude can transform common days into Thanksgivings. Turn routine jobs into Joy, and change ordinary opportunities into Blessings".
I give thanks for all the wonderful friends I have made since joining ICCC Seniors group. Thank You for enriching my life!

PROGRAM This Friday October 18th 2019

11:00–12:00………Yoga by Girija Waghray
12:00-13:00……….Potluck Lunch
13:00-14:45……….Socializing, Songs and Poetry, Information Sharing
14:45-15:00……….Clear-up and Cleanup ,with everyone's help
12:00-15:00……….Bridge as usual, and participants to clean-up before leaving


If you wish to participate in the making of the Potluck Lunch, please call me at 613-869-0349 and we will complete the menu.
