Dear Friends,

Greetings!

Last Friday approximately 50 members attended the Zoom Meeting.

On this session focus of the "Yoga for Life Mantra" by Dr. Bharti, was on Stimulating and Awakening of the Root Chakra The Root Chakra is the 'gateway', after it is stimulated and awakened, the remaining 6 Chakras can be stimulated and awakened. Dr. Bharti went on to explain the importance of streching the spine. Having the right posture, and 'Mudra'. Correct technique for breathing, and for vocalizing the right sound.

Mr Ken Talwar (President of ICCC) announced the latest recipient of the Order Of Canada Medal, Mr. Jagmohan Humar. Congratulations to Mr Humar for this Prestigious Award !

Mr Anil Sukhija (Chair-ICCC Seniors), announced that ICCC will be offering Computer classes for the seniors, and had sent out an email announcing the same last Saturday. Max 15 students per class, and 4 classes per Module. Classes will be conducted by Piyush Gupta (Captain of Technology Team), and assisted by Mr Narinder Garg ( CPriyaaptain of Workshops and Seminars). If interested, register at the earliest, as there are limited spaces. There will be chance for others in the next modules.

Mr Narinder Garg gave us some tips on how to remove any hinged door in the house to provide extra width in the doorway when moving larger pieces of furniture. Thank you Narinder Ji.
