Age Well Solutions was founded out of a desire to help seniors and their caregivers achieve maximum quality of life and control of life circumstances, even in the face of changing health needs and limitations in publicly funded services.

Drawing on her own family caregiver experiences, and over 18 years of related professional experience, owner Jennifer Moir launched Age Well Solutions to provide the kind of compassionate, comprehensive and expert service that is needed to help individuals and families in today’s market place.

Elder Care Planning (EPC) certified, a Certified Health Specialist (CHS), and Life Licensed in the province of Ontario (LLQP), Jennifer welcomes the opportunity to work with those individuals, caregivers and professionals seeking to make life better for loved ones and clients.
