Greetings!

The Summer season is still here for another 3-4 weeks, even though the mornings and evenings are cooler. Before we actually bid Summer farewell and welcome the Fall Season, we have a trip planned to Lac Philipe on 11th September. We will travel by Leduc Luxury Bus. Cost is $20/person. The booking is Confirmed once the payment is made. No booking can be made after 5th September. This is for ICCC Seniors only. Snack will be provided when you board the bus in Ottawa. Make your own arrangements for lunch.

This Friday is the last Friday of the month. We will Celebrate All August Birthdays. So, if your Birthday is in August, please come forward and we will celebrate your birthday together.

11:00-12:00......Yoga, by Girija Waghray
12:00-13:00......Potluck Lunch
14:15-14:45......Tea and Birthday Cake!
14:45-15:00......Clear-up and Clean-up main hall with everyone's Help
12:00-14:50...... Bridge
15:50-15:00......Clear-up and Clean-up the Bridge Room

Note:
The Potluck Lunch Menu is far from complete. If you are able and willing to participate in the making of lunch, please call me and we will complete the menu. "Food is the Ingredient that binds us together".
